Among our recent achievements is The Shoppes at Blackstone Valley in Millbury, Mass. This 800,000-square-footis both a power center with space for big box and national chains, and a lifestyle center featuring a mix of national, regional and local retailers, a cinema and restaurants. With a signature gristmill along the entry drive, the lifestyle center stores evoke a New England look with stone bases, clapboards and trim. Careful layout and landscaping make The Shoppes a wholly pedestrian feel without compromising accessibility.
In Raleigh, N.C., North Hills was transformed into a premier shopping destination, by turning the mall “inside out”. North Hills is now a 49-acre self-contained village containing more than 770,000 square feet of restaurants, shops, cinemas, upscale grocery, drugstore and dry cleaners, 120,000 square feet of office and 300 residential units oriented around a town square and a pair of shopping streets. Future phase will add a 200-key full-service hotel, 200,000 square feet of office space and 65 luxury condominiums units.
