BUZZ: This is the third phase of the Bridge Pointe development. The first phase, Bridge Pointe Corporate Centre I, delivered four buildings in 1998. The two buildings that comprise Bridge Pointe Corporate Centre II were completed in 2000. Equity Office Properties Trust and TIAA-CREF jointly own bridge Pointe Corporate Centre I and II. Equity Office also leases and manages phases I and II.
