VERNON HILLS, IL—HydraForce, a maker of hydraulic cartridge valves, custom manifolds and electro-hydraulic controls, has agreed to lease 142,000 sq. ft. here at 700 Woodlands Parkway.

HydraForce will move more than 100 engineering, sales and marketing staff to the new location as its Innovation and Technology Center, which will be the epicenter of the company’s product research, development, and testing efforts.

“This facility will support HydraForce’s long term commitment to optimizing quality, service, response and growth,” says Jim Brizzolara, president and CEO of the firm, in a statement. “It is the most significant investment in the history of our company and will allow us to bring new hydraulic, electronic, and electro-hydraulic system technologies to market better and faster than anyone else in the world.”
