ANN ARBOR, MICH.–McKinley Commercial Client Services has been tapped to manage a portfolio of 45 single-tenant Albertsons grocery stores comprising 2.1 million sq. ft. located across 15 states. The total portfolio is valued at more than $125 million.

Located throughout the western and southeastern U.S., the properties are primarily concentrated primarily in the California, Washington, Nebraska, Oregon, Florida and Alabama markets.

Currently, the portfolio is 89 percent leased to Albertsons, Stater Bros., Bag ‘N Save and Sweetbay supermarkets.
