NEW JERSEY—Albert’s Organics has signed a long-term, build-to-suiton a new, 70,000-sq.-ft. facility at 1155 Commerce Blvd. in Logan Township, N.J. Jackson Cross Partners LLC (JCP) arranged the transaction with Harry McKenna and Lou Battagliese of JCP working with Albert’s management to locate a facility to serve as a food distribution center for the company.
“The area surrounding the LogistiCenter at Logan has become the targeted area for the food distribution industry with over 20 companies occupying more than 3 million sq. ft. of temperature-controlled space within three miles of the site," said Battagliese.
Currently under, the facility is slated for delivery this spring.
Albert's Organics is a distributor of organically grown fresh produce and perishable items.
