PRINCETON, NJ—Big O Development Inc. has signed a long-term lease renewal to occupy more than 100,000 sq. ft. of space at Princeton, N.J.-based Chambers Street’s Summit Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Big O, a distributor of automotive tires, occupies over 100,000 square feet at Summit Distribution Center, one of seven warehouse/distribution centers acquired by Chambers Street in 2010 as part of its purchase of an industrial portfolio. The facility contains 275,000 sq. ft. of space and is located south of Salt Lake City Airport. 

“Summit Distribution Center is a modern warehouse facility which enjoys an excellent location in a very strong Salt Lake City industrial market,” said Gregory Vinson, vice president, portfolio management and acquisitions, Chambers Street. “Its access to the airport, major area freeways and rail make it an ideal location for a broad range of companies needing logistics facilities.”
