PARAMUS—NAI James E. Hanson has been retained to oversee theof a portfolio of office and retail properties in Paramus.
The NAI Hanson team of executive managing director Michael G. Walters, SIOR, vice president Ronald A. Fotiu and Sales Associate Jill Gordon will manage the assignment on behalf of portfolio owner, The Emil Buehler Trust Fund. Walters, the team leader, will serve as a liaison with ownership and will use hisexperience for the office portion, while Fotiu and Gordon will be responsible for the retail availabilities.
The portfolio features the following properties:
*289 Route 17 South, which includes a 57,000-sq.-ft. vacant retail site that was previously leased by rug and furniture retailer Einstein Moomjy. The space is divisible.
* 305 Route 17 South, which offers office space availabilities up to 20,000 sq. ft. and as small as 2,500 sq. ft., as well as an additional retail unit of 22,000 sq. ft. (also previously leased by Einstein Moomjy).
