JERSEY CITY, NJ—Newport, a master-planned community in Jersey City, has opened a new leasing office located at 100 Town Square Place. The space features and open layout, central reception console and multiuse work stations.

“The inspiration for our new office came from Apple’s customer-centric approach to its retail stores,” said Mario Gaztambide, vice president of residential properties. “We wanted a design that immediately engaged visitors when they walked in the door and inspired them to connect with the renting experience on another level. Finished, the Newport Leasing Office is a creative, accessible environment with experts on hand when needed and a mix of user-friendly gadgets to enhance the exploratory and transactional phases of the rental process.”

Located in close proximity to the Newport PATH station, the leasing office includes contemporary, functional seating, as well as custom-built photo displays that showcase the community.

Newport’s new leasing office was conceptualized by IF Studio, an award-winning creative agency known for its recent work with 15 Union Square West in Manhattan. The project was overseen by Bauer Dermel, Newport’s AIA-certified Architect of Record.

Newport is currently home to more than 15,000 residents living in 13 high-rise condominium and rental towers. The master-planned community includes shopping, dining, parks and leisure activities. In addition, eight class-A office properties encompass more than 5 million sq. ft.
