NEW JERSEY–Riverview Technology Center in Somerset has completed three new lease transactions. Two transactions were signed at 100 Randolph Road, and one was completed at 50 Randolph Road.

The CBRE team that handled the transactions as exclusive leasing agent on behalf of the owner, Atlantic Development & Management Corp., was made up of First Vice Presidents Dan Casey and Paul March and Senior Associate Patricia Riedel.

Comprised of three contiguous flex buildings totaling over 350,000 sq. ft., Riverview Technology Center is located less than one mile from the Route 287 Weston Canal Road Exit 12.

These three long-term lease transactions include:

  • Gaffney-Kroese Electrical Supply Corp., which leased 32,135 sq. ft. of office and warehouse space at 50 Randolph Road in a relocation from 60 Kingsbridge Road in Piscataway. The tenant was represented by Herb Zimmerman, senior vice president for Bussel Realty Corp.
  • Betar Inc., a general machining company specializing in deep hole drilling, which leased 21,525 sq. ft. of office and manufacturing space at 100 Randolph Road in an expansion and relocation from 1524 Millstone River Road in Hillsborough. Betar was represented by Robert Santye, president of Sanvest Financial Group Inc.
  • Randolph Road LLC, a not-for-profit organization, which leased 15,121 sq. ft. of office space at 100 Randolph Road and plans to use the space for training of daycare center service providers. The firm was represented by DeLuccia Commercial Group Associate Dan Reider.
