NEW YORK—With the closing of three recent transactions, 1156 Avenue of the Americas, located on the southeast corner of 45th Street, is 100 percent occupied.
These recent transactions include:
• An expansion for Lieber and Solow Ltd., which will now occupy 7,773 sq. ft. on the fourth floor;
• A newfor China Telecom, which will occupy 3,330 sq. ft. on the sixth floor; and
• A new lease for Miniclip, which will occupy 1,630 sq. ft. on the fourth floor.
Cushman & Wakefield, led by David Rosenbloom, Joshua A. Goldman and Emily Weber, along with Jonathan Fales and Michael Tranfalia of the firm’s Strategic Agency Services group are exclusive leasing agent on the building and represented APF Properties, which serves as manager of the property, in the transactions.
The Cushman & Wakefield team also represented Liebert & Solow Ltd. and Miniclip. Yuan Tang and Clyde Reetz of CBRE represented China Telecom.
