Eastern Consolidated’s Alan P. Miller, executive managing director with Paul J. Nigido, senioranalyst, along with Joe Genovese of Lee Odell Real Estate Inc. are actively promoting the sale on behalf of the seller, McSam Hotel Group LLC.
The precise location of the property is on the western side of Greenwich Street, between Rector and Carlisle Streets.
