NEW YORK—eMarketer, a digital marketing, media and commerce company, has signed a 53,000-sq.-ft.at 11 Times Square. The company will relocate from its current space in Lower Manhattan to occupy its new space on the 12th and 14th floors at 11 Times Square.

CBRE EVP Timothy Dempsey, SVP Roger Griswold and Senior Associate Greg Maurer-Hollaender represented eMarketer in the transaction, while Jones Lang LaSalle Vice Chairmen Mitchell Konsker and Paul Glickman and SVP Diana Biasotti represented SJP Properties. Jones Lang LaSalle serves as the exclusiveagent for 11 Times Square.
Owned by a joint venture of SJPand investors advised by Prudential Real Estate Investors, 11 Times Square is a new, 1.1 million-sq.-ft., LEED Gold-certified retail tower located in Midtown Manhattan.
Situated across from the Port Authority, 11 Times Square offers direct subway access and is one stop from both Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal. Amenities include an elevator dispatch system; an advanced visitor check-in system; a secured loading dock; and a messenger/mail center and delivery area.
