NEW YORK—Maximus has signed a 6,900-sq.-ft., six-year lease at 60 Bay Street in Staten Island, New York. Muss Development LLC’s Nicholas Forelli represented the landlord in the transaction, while Sheenah Gohill and Steve Jaray of Colliers International represented the tenant in the transaction.

Maximus is a health and human services administrator based in Reston, Va. The company will use its new space to provide job-training services through a contract with the City of New York and is slated to occupy the space this month.

Totaling 115,000 sq. ft. of space, 60 Bay Street is located in St. George and is a retail complex largely occupied by law offices. Recent upgrades to the property include high-speed elevators, a new lobby, and wiring for Internet and telecommunication systems.
