NEW YORK—PepsiCo has signed a five-year, 19,800-sq.-ft.on the second floor of Trinity Real Estate’s 350 Hudson Street. The space is the global food and beverage company’s first office space in Manhattan.
Trinity Real Estate’s Jason D. Pizer, president, and Charles Laginestra represented the company in the transaction, while PepsiCo was represented by Gerry Miovski and Sam King of CBRE.
PepsiCo is a worldwide leader in the food and beverage industry with distribution in more than 200 countries.The company will use its space at 350 Hudson as executive and administrative.
Originally completed in 1927, 350 Hudson Street offers convenient access to mass transit, 24/7 tenant access and onsite management. Comprised of nine stories and totaling 335,066 sq. ft. of space, the building is also home to corporate tenants such as PR Newswire and retailers and eateries.
