At 32 years, AEI is a national leader in the production, sale and management of net lease commercial property investment programs and 1031 property exchanges. We acquire our properties (so far, 200 in 33 states) through sale leaseback transactions. Our business is growing more than 20% annually.
We are looking for one or two talented, goal-oriented professionals to join our property acquisitions group. If you have 3+ years experience marketing sale-leaseback transactions for national retail, grocery store or restaurant assets, we want to talk to you about a challenging position that offers the salary, incentives and fringe benefits you expect and deserve. (First year compensation should be in the $150K-$ 200K range.)
