Responsibilities include: develop real estate strategy for the regions' independent retailers, including market planning and strategic placement of stores; lead and direct real estate transactions, including planning, selling, negotiating, leveraging, marking, and managing the developers; provide special corporate real estate project leadership.
Qualifications: Interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills; Business savvy andacumen; Retail development experience in big box environment; Functional/technical real estate expertise.
