DALLAS — Locally based Woodbine Development Corp. has sold 15 acres at DFW Freeport, the 550-acre business park immediately north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Purchaser Wells Real Estate Funds, Atlanta, will build and own a 268,000 sq. ft. office building, to be leased and occupied by Gardena, Calif.-based Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.
The new Nissan office building will be adjacent to another 17-acre site owned by the car company. Addison, Texas-based Champion Partners, which represented Wells in the transaction, will develop the project.
