IPA executive vice president investments Stanford Jones, IPA vice president investments Philip Saglimbeni and IPA vice president investments Salvatore Saglimbeni advised the seller, an affiliate of Berkshire Property Advisors. The buyer is Thailand-based Land & Houses PCL.
