Kendall, Fla.– Berkowitz Development Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of a long-term lease renewal with national sporting goods retailer Sports Authority for ± 43,000 square feet at Kendallgate Shopping Center, a 194,624 square foot shopping destination located at 11910 SW 88th Street in Miami, Fla.
As part of a companywide effort to enhance the look and customer experience of new and existing stores nationwide, the Sports Authority at Kendallgate Shopping Center will undergo an interior redesign and incorporate updated exterior signage.

Located at the entrance to West Kendall on the Southwest Corner of North Kendall Drive (SW 88 Street) and The Florida Turnpike, Kendallgate Shopping Center’s retailers enjoy the busy traffic provided as a result of the high population of the area. In addition to Sports Authority, notable tenants include Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, Petco, ULTA, and Comp USA.
