DARIEN, CT – Gene Pride and Jeff Dunne of CBRE’s Stamford, CT office represented a private family trust in the purchase of The Darien Medical Center located at 1500 Boston Post Road, a 18,764±square foot office building that is 100% leased and occupied by Stamford Health Systems. The property sold for $8,350,000 or $445 per square foot by a New York investment advisor. It was built in 1997 and expanded in 2007 to meet the growing needs of the Stamford Health Systems.
