INVESTORS CRE opened its doors for business in June of this year and closed its first deal August 29th with the sale of 1901 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in Coral Gables, FL.
The 3 story, 13,500 square foot office building was formerly the headquarters for EuroBank Florida, which was purchased by Banco do Brasil in 2011. The sale price was $2.85 Million.
“This property was not on the market, but we knew Banco do Brasil was winding down operations there in favor of a new location in Brickell, Miami’s financial district” said Langer. “The property met all the criteria of a buyer we were representing, so we were able to get it under contract and close quickly.”
With a focus on transactions typically ranging from $2 million up to $30 million, the so called “middle market” of commercial real estate, INVESTORS CRE is off to a great start with nearly $75 Million worth of retail, office, industrial and self storage listings in its transaction pipeline.
