The asset sold for $4,525,000.
Nathan Whalen and Jeremie Johnson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Lebanon Pharmacy, LLC.
CVS Pharmacy is located at 207 South Lebanon Street in Lebanon, IN. The property had over 11 years remaining on the lease term and was delivered free and clear of any debt to the buyer.
