Conveniently located near the Central Corridor’s East Bank Station, the six-story building features 97 units and 156 bedrooms with approximately 11,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.

Walgreens, occupying approximately 7,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level opened in mid-August and Haiku Sushi, occupying about 4,000 square feet of space will open in September.
The Station on Washington features a range of amenities for residents, including private underground parking; top-floor club room with TVs, shuffleboard and views of downtown Minneapolis and TCF Bank Stadium; a cardio fitness room; and a Fitness on Request studio.
The first residents began moving into the building on Friday, Aug. 30 and residential leasing is nearing 100 percent.
