BOISE, ID – Northbrook, Ill.-based Pine Tree Commercial Realty LLC recently announced the execution of a new lease with Gordmans Inc. for Southshore Shopping Center in Boise, Idaho.  Gordmans will occupy 50,505 square feet with an expected store opening in spring 2014.

Gordmans will be the anchor tenant in the redevelopment of a former K-Mart building in southeast Boise.  “This is a great lead tenant,” says Pine Tree Senior Director of Leasing Tim Roe. “Gordmans will complement the existing merchants and bring valuable new customers to the shopping center.”

The property is owned by Pine Tree-Inland Development I LLC, a joint venture between Inland Real Estate Corporation of Oak Brook, Ill. and Pine Tree Institutional Realty LLC, an affiliate of Pine Tree Commercial Realty LLC, both of Northbrook, Ill.
