A joint venture of Clarion Partners, National, Charles River Realty Investors and Alexandria Real Estate Equities will develop Longwood Center, an 11-story, 413,536-sq.-ft. life sciences and biotechnology facility in Boston.
The Center will be located in the LongwoodArea of the city, which also serves as home to Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Joslin Diabetes Center and Children’s Hospital-Boston.
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute will anchor the property,154,000 sq. ft. of space.
