Industrial Sublease Signed in Southern California

A distribution center sublease valued at $1.76 million will provide a new operations center for a uniforms supplier in Corona, Calif.

AmWear International Inc., a provider of public safety, police, military, tactical and security uniforms, signed the 48-month sublease for a 72,925 sq. ft. space at 250 Benjamin Drive near the 91 Freeway. The firm will use the building as its administrative offices, warehouse and light assembly, according to Chris Migliori of Los Angeles-based DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, who represented the subtenant.

The freestanding building includes six dock-high loading positions, four ground-level loading doors and a secured yard. AmWear International will relocate to the site from another property, also in Corona.

Migliori and Brian Doner of DAUM Commercial also represented the sublessor, Aqua Mix Inc., which provides products for natural stone, tile and grout.

DAUM Commercial is a full-service real estate company with 11 offices throughout Southern California and Arizona. The company is a member of ONCOR International, a global commercial real estate network with more than 50 member companies in 170 countries.
