FCL Builders Inc. has completed a 325,461 sq. ft. distribution/warehouse facility for Ridge Realty Group in Aurora, Ill. The price was undisclosed.
Located at the northwest corner of I-88 and Farnsworth in the West Ridge Corporate Center, the spec project is the first of several to be constructed in the 100-acre park. The facility features 30-foot clear ceiling heights, 34 dock positions, 46 future docks and drive-in doors, and can be expanded up to 675,000 sq. ft.
