Orix Finishes So. Cal Warehouse
ORIX Real Estate Equities Inc. has completed a 600,300 sq. ft. industrial building in San Diego for Factory 2-U Stores. Lennar Partners teamed up with ORIX on the development.
The state-of-the-art facility will house Factory 2-U's new Western warehouse and distribution center. The 29-acre site will allow Factory 2-U consolidate two current distribution centers now located in Kearny Mesa and Miramar in suburban San Diego.
