RREEF has acquired the 408,974 sq. ft. Eastside Industrial Portfolio near Seattle for an undisclosed price from EOP.
The complex consists of three flex business parks: the 205,544 sq. ft. Nort Creek Parkway Center adjacent to I-405, the 77,072 sq. ft. Kirkland 118 Commerce Center near I-405 and NE 124th Street, and the 126,358 sq. ft. Redmond Heights Tech Center on Willows Road.
