Kettler Inc., one of the largest private real estate and property management companies in the Washington, D.C. metro area, has expanded into both the Virginia Tidewater and North Carolina markets with the addition of seven new properties to its management portfolio.

In Virginia, Kettler along with Federal Capital Partners, one of the most active investment companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, acquired a multifamily portfolio in the Hampton Roads area of Tidewater.

The six-property portfolio was purchased from Great Atlantic Management Co., and includes more than 1,000 garden-style apartments in Hampton, Newport News, and Virginia Beach.

Additionally, Kettler has expanded into the North Carolina market, taking over management of a community in Charlotte, N.C. and was recently awarded management of The Gallery at Cameron Village in Raleigh.
