Ground broken on Baltimore Mixed-Use Project
Greenberg Commercial has broken ground on the Hunt Valley Towne Centre on the site of the former Hunt Valley Mall in Baltimore. The new project will include 360,000 sq. ft. of retail and entertainment space in an open-air design.
Anchors include upscale supermarket c hain Wegmans Food Markets — which will build a 130,000 sq. ft. store, the first in Maryland — as well as Sears, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Regal Theater, Wal-Mart, Burlington Coat Factory and DSW.
