Silicon Valley Office Complex Sold
A 24,865 sq. ft. office building in Mountain View, Calif. has been sold to the Swig Co. The sale price for 399 El Camino Road wasn’t disclosed.
San Mateo-based Prometheus Real Estate Group sold the property to Swig Co., which has been an active buyer in this region during the past few years.
Prometheus built the three-story office complex in 2004. The project was part of a $20 million mixed-use development that included 21 residential condominiums. The office building, which is located atop a subterranean parking garage with spaces for 62 cars, is currently 72% leased to a pair of tenants. One is a structural engineering and applied mechanics firm; the other tenant works in the Internet services industry.
