BCSD Properties purchases California office complex for $19.5 million

BCSD Properties LP has purchased a 212,283 sq. ft. office complex, 100% occupied by electronics supplier Newport Corp., for $19.5 million. The seller was IRP Muller Associates.

The complex, located in Irvine, Calif., is comprised of a 2-story office building, a single-story manufacturing facility and an office/engineering building.
