The 65-story, 1.3 million sq. ft. 311 South Wacker Drive inhas received the Building Owners and Managers Associationâ€™s (BOMA) International TOBY award for "Office Building of the Year." BOMA chose the building as the best in the 1 million sq. ft. and larger category at its convention held in Chicago June 22-25.
311 South Wacker is the first Chicago building to win an International TOBY award, which recognizes both theand management of the building. The tower is owned by El Segundo, Calif.-based TIAA Realty Inc. and the Chicago office of Insignia/ESG. The tower was designed by Adamson & Associates.
