BOMA names 311 South Wacker ‘Office Building of the Year’
The 65-story, 1.3 million sq. ft. 311 South Wacker Drive in Chicago has received the Building Owners and Managers Association’s (BOMA) International TOBY award for "Office Building of the Year." BOMA chose the building as the best in the 1 million sq. ft. and larger category at its convention held in Chicago June 22-25.
311 South Wacker is the first Chicago building to win an International TOBY award, which recognizes both the architecture and management of the building. The tower is owned by El Segundo, Calif.-based TIAA Realty Inc. and the Chicago office of Insignia/ESG. The tower was designed by Adamson & Associates.
