Great American Insurance leases 250,000 sq. ft. in Cincinnati tower
Great American Insurance Co. has renewed its lease for 250,000 sq. ft. of space at the 580 Building in downtown Cincinnati. The locally based insurance company, which has occupied the building since 1974, signed a five-year lease.
The lease is considered a boost to the downtown office market. Great American also holds a 30-year contract for the naming rights at Great American Ball Park, which will be the new home of the Cincinnati Reds in 2003.
