Inland acquires Celebration Place properties

Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc. has purchased three office buildings in Celebration, Fla., through a sale-leaseback transaction with The Walt Disney World Co. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The properties, which total 440,000 sq. ft., are located in Celebration Place Office Park at the intersection of I-4 and U.S. 192. The office park currently contains a total of four Class-A buildings on 109 acres, with space to develop up to 1.7 million sq. ft.

The Walt Disney World Co. will continue to occupy, maintain and manage the properties.
