Jupiter Realty breaks ground on $30M Chicago office building
Chicago-based Jupiter Realty Corp. has broken ground for a 155,500 sq. ft. office building at 1747 West Roosevelt Road in Chicago. The four-acre site is within the Illinois Medical District (IMD), a not-for-profit commission formed in 1941 by the City of Chicago, Cook County and the state of Illinois to attract economic development to the area just west of Chicago’s central business district. IMD will own the $30 million building, which will be occupied by the Health Sciences department of the University of Illinois at Chicago.
