Reckson Closes Purchase of 1185 Avenue of the Americas
New York office REIT Reckson Associates has completed its acquisition of 1185 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan. The 1.1 million sq. ft., Class-A property was purchased for $321 million.
The acquisition will boost Reckson's New York City portfolio to more than 4.6 million sq. ft. of Class-A office space.
