San Diego tower sells for $24.2M
VCC Investors LP, an investment arm of Orange County, Calif.-based Birtcher Properties, has purchased the 170,000 sq. ft. Valley Corporate Center in the Mission Valley area of San Diego, Calif. The $24.2 million building, a joint venture with NSD Ventures LLC, was sold by AGBRI Mission.
The 12-story, Class-A building is 93% leased by tenants such as Blue Shield of California, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance and Progressive Insurance. The building’s amenities include an on-site deli, workout gym and a 3-level parking deck.
