State gives go-ahead to 1.5 million sq. ft. Jersey office campus
Lakewood, N.J.-based Cedarbridge Development Corp. plans to begin construction on a 1.5 million sq. ft. Class-A office park by the end of the year now that it has received a permit from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
The office park in Lakewood — located between New York City and Philadelphia — will include up to 15 buildings available for sale, lease or build-to-suit. Plans also call for business amenities such as restaurants, banks and stores.
New York-based Cushman & Wakefield will be the marketing agent for the project, and Princeton, N.J.-based Picus Associates will be the project manager.
