TMW purchases Chicago’s 181 W. Madison
Atlanta-based TMW Real Estate Group LLC has acquired 181 W. Madison in downtown Chicago for $248 million from the Davis Cos.
The 50-story, 936,000 sq. ft. tower is located at Madison and Wells streets in downtown Chicago. TMW made the purchase for roughly $265 per sq. ft. on behalf of a German public fund.
