Madison Marquette Acquires Bayfair Mall

Madison Marquette has purchased the 46-year-old Bayfair Mall, an 820,000 sq. ft. regional shopping center in San Leandro, Calif., approximately 20 miles southeast of San Francisco. The company plans to strengthen the retailer mix in the mall, which is currently anchored by Macy’s and Target.
