Retailers debut at Detroit’s Fountain Walk retail project

The 737,000 sq. ft. Fountain Walk retail project is attracting major tenant interest. In addition to more than a dozen lease commitments from national retailers, the 77-acre outdoor mall in Novi, Mich., has added three new retailers to the tenant roster.

The Bamboo Club, Margarita Mamas and Shima Japanese Restaurant will join anchors The Great Indoors, Galyans, Cost Plus World Market, Van’s Skatepark and EMAGINE, a 3,800-seat multiplex theater at the $140 million project, which is owned and developed by Newport Beach, Calif.-based PLC Commercial. The anchors are currently open, with the additional stores scheduled to open in the fourth quarter.
