Editor's note: The following rankings are based on responses to NREI's 18th annual Top Lenders Survey and reflect total dollars financed or arranged in commercial real estate during the 2008 calendar year. In light of the current market conditions, some lenders and financial intermediaries chose not to participate in the survey.
