CBRE Completes Sale, Financing for Industrial Research Facility in East Windsor, NJ

SADDLE BROOK, NJ—CBRE New Jersey’s brokerage, private capital and debt and equity finance groups have collaborated on the sale and financing of 89 Twin Rivers Drive, a single-story, 31,800-sq.-ft. industrial research facility in East Windsor, N.J.

Currently 100 percent leased to Scion Co. LLC, the parent company to occupant Aprecia Pharmaceuticals, the property was constructed in 2003 and serves as a manufacturing facility for the tenant. Scion guarantees the absolute triple-net lease.

Over the last two years, the property has undergone more than $800,000 in upgrades and offers a combination of finished office space, lab, warehouse and manufacturing areas. The site is located directly off of Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
