Penelope 60 Apartments will be managed by AHEPA Management Co. A non-profit 501(c)3 organization, AHEPA Management supports 86 apartment buildings throughout the United States.
ANHC develops HUD-subsidized Section 202 housing for low-income, disabled people and the elderly age 62 and up. Established in 1983, ANHC serves more than 4,700 senior citizens throughout 21 states with apartments and expanding amenities.
