One in three respondents to a seniors housing study conducted exclusively for National Real Estate Investor indicate that acquisition and transaction activity has already begun to increase. An additional 44% expect it to rise by the end of 2011.
And nearly three in four respondents (74%) indicate that available financing has begun to increase or will by the end of 2011.
