Alliance Commercial selects Taylor & Mathis to manage 1 million sq. ft. portfolio
Denver-based Alliance Commercial Partners LLC has picked Atlanta-based Taylor & Mathis to manage its 1 million sq. ft. Tampa, Fla., portfolio.
Properties included in the assignment include Mariner Square in the Westshore Business District; Grand Plaza Office Center in Carrollwood; Lakeside Technology Center, and 5709 and 5910 Benjamin Center in northwest Tampa; Crossroads Office Center in South Pinellas; and Telecom Technology Center and Interstate Corporate Center in the I-75 corridor.
