Cushman & Wakefield wins 11 million sq. ft. management contract
New York-based Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has been picked to manage Sun Microsystem’s national portfolio of office and industrial properties. The contract, which covers approximately 220 properties, is effective Oct. 1.
The services Cushman & Wakefield will provide include a call center, site management, preventative maintenance, accounting and administration, engineering and property moves. A key piece of the management package will be the Business Integration Group, a Web-based property and facilities management system that will allow Palo Alto, Calif.-based Sun Microsystems to measure and manage operating and financial performance on a 24/7 basis.
